FYI, if you’re wondering, these are not taxidermied and hence contain no chemicals that are harmful to kids or pets or people; however, they are NOT simply air dried, so they will NOT end up getting soft and mushy and rotted over the years, either. You shouldn’t get them wet or let your kid or pet play with them – they are painted and you don’t want your kid or pet eating paint chips, I’m sure – but they are not going to stink or rot. Promise. Been doing this a good while 🙂
