store inventory update

The store repopulation is slow going – I have to re-add everything manually. In the meanwhile, most always-in-stock stuff can be had at the bonanza shop here.

status update

I know I promised the store would be getting repopulated over the next week or two. Things have been a bit crazy – in addition to the move, I had some problems with the new DSL hookup, and then there’s the issue of finding local vendors/suppliers for some of the stuff I prefer to get locally rather than through mail order. But as of *right now*:

All client work extended during the upheaval period *was* maintained (extensions are for things like honey jars; something like a new vigil light setting order would not be in this category); the orders were received and work performed, but updating the calendar was slow. The calendar is now caught up with extensions of current altar work, so you can see where it’s at. If I owe you a report and/or photos, I’ll be working on that next.

I have put many store categories back up and am *slowly* getting stock re-listed, starting with conjure oils/hoodoo condition oils.

Glitches in orders,communication this week

I’m not 100% sure whether the glitches are coming from gmail, paypal, my website, some ISPs’ new configurations for spam settings, or something else or some combination, but apparently some messages and booking acknowledgments have gone astray this week. There’s also been at least one odd error message popping up during checkout at karmazain.com, though there ultimately proved to be no problem with the order. We’re working on it.

In the meantime, if you have booked a new service or placed a new order this past week and have NOT received any response at all from me, please feel free to drop me a line either directly to my gmail account or through the contact form at the website. If you got the standard booking acknowledgment or order acknowledgment email, — the long one with details in paragraphs about shipping, handling, processing, communication, etc, that has my signature block at the end; not the one that comes from paypal or the website confirmation bot —  then you can trust that your order was received and I have it and if I have further questions I will email you. The only thing you need to be concerned about is if you placed an order or booked a service, and it’s showing up as a paypal or credit card charge on your end, but you have not gotten a response from me. In that case I need to investigate and may need to resend the confirmation.
